I located James through a google search. As we all have low expectations for google searches. I found James to be honest and upfront. He was very communicative and handled the job like a true professional. There was no up sale, just honesty.

James did an excellent job, very professional, very polite. On time and has a variety of large fans to dry the carpet as he cleans the rooms. He left booties and a bottle of spot remover. The Best in Clark County!!!!!! Call him, you wont regret it.

Hidden gem of a cleaning company. I wish I could give you all 10 stars. From the start of getting my quote the service was top service to the amazing job these guys did. My couches look brand new. These are not just guys that clean this is a work of art and a passion and it shows. The gentleman that came to our home were so kind and respectful and knowledgeable they took so much attention to detail and worked so hard on my furniture my family and I are so grateful. WOW! This company lives by their name "TOP NOTCH". This is how you run a business! Excellent communication skills, Service was top notch, Attention to detail was amazing. My carpets are only 2 1/2 years old but wow do they look brand new again. There was a couple stains from dog urine & vomit that was only on the carpet and these guys made it look like it never existed! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

James has come to clean our carpet multiple times-sometimes for just regular cleanings and other times for pet accident clean up. He is always on time and always does an amazing job! If we have a pet accident he usually tries to squeeze us in ASAP also. This most recent time was amidst the covid pandemic and he wore a mask and booties even without us asking. We will definitely continue to use top notch! ~

James was amazing! We needed a large spot cleaned immediately. It was a tough stain and he was able to work a lot of magic. He also made time to complete the rest of the house. He was so polite and helpful in every step of the way. We also were having a locksmith come change the door locks, James noticed he put it on backwards and even took a few minutes to fix that for us. He definitely went above and beyond - we were in a tough place and he made it so much easier! Thanks again.
