The name - Top Notch Carpet Cleaning - says it all! After an easy online scheduling, Justin came over in two days. He knowledgeably explained the cleaning process, then went right to work. I am my condo’s new owner and these neglected carpets look great , Thank you. Justin and James!
James was professional, timely, communicated everything he was going to try, to do. It was ink from an HP cartridge all over 2 areas in 2 rooms leaked by our dog, yes a lab. James was determined to do his best in getting those stains out. I will certainly use Top Notch again & tell my friends.

James did my husband's house (well, ours now ...) way before I came into the scene and he was happy with it. I, quite arrogantly, said, "Well here - try this company their marketing says this ... and this... and this" (you get the idea) So as any ever-loving husband should, he listened to me.
Now, not to validate all men's theories out there that women don't know what they are talking about, but ... in this case - I was wrong. I won't go into the long list of things that I was unhappy about, but I said, "Okay, okay ... I admit I was wrong. I should have listened to you!"
Fast forward. I complain loudly and repeatedly, "Carpet NEEDS cleaned" so one day while I was gone (I think he did that on purpose so I couldn't watch), he got James to come in and clean the carpet. I came home to a beautiful, like new, carpet, with no dampness to speak of. Clean, no sticky soap residue and just detailed like a pro. All smiling and cheery I said, 'Who did you use?! This is awesome!" My husband with his 'omgoodness' look on his face said, "MY guy ..."
To end my story, James is our guy for the rest of our home-owning life!

James called to confirm our appointment the day before. James arrived on time, was very friendly and professional. He used a pretreat-stain solution before steam cleaning the carpets, they dried in just a few hours and they look amazing!

James has cleaned our carpets for 3-4 years now. We won't use anyone else. We use plastic furniture sliders (available at most big-box home stores) which make his job much easier and faster. He's always on time, reasonably priced, doesn't try to 'upsell' us on other products, and his work speaks for itself. Overhead some people at work talking about 'Top Notch Carpet Cleaning' and decided to give them a chance.... and now there is no chance that I would ever hire anyone else.
Potty-training our puppy, it had been using a corner in the house as its personal potty. Not only did it look terrible, it reeked. Fortunately, James was able to reverse the damage like a pro. He also cleaned a few other rooms and now the place looks great, feels great, and smells great!

Everything about my experience with Top Notch Carpet Cleaning was excellent. James was able to fit me into the last open spot in his schedule this week on short notice. He arrived a few minutes early and was very polite, knowledgeable, and set appropriate expectation about some carpet stains left behind by the renters. He pre-treated all of the areas and invested extra effort in the "ink stains" which appear to have come out. He let me know that stains like those sometimes "come back" over the next couple of weeks, so I should call him back if they do and he'll take care of them again. I am VERY happy with the way things turned out so far, and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Top Notch Carpet Cleaning! I'll be calling to schedule with him for the house I'm selling next month too!

Justin delivered a really great and professional service. James was also very active when communicating with us for making the whole process contact-less. They wear KN95 masks and all other PPEs, and disinfect their tools after each cleaning. I strongly recommend Top Notch.

Our carpets are 27 yrs old and they were only warranted for 5 yrs when installed! Top Notch made them look brand new! Stains gone and brightness restored.
